IMI 2819 Rowing machine strengthen weak muscles through load resisting exercises of both upper and lower limbs.
* Upper Frame: Bright Chrome plated tubular steel frame of 22 mm diameter tube with bright chrome plated finish, size 60″long x 13″wide.
* Base: Incline adjustable base with powder coated finish is fitted with Upper frame.
* Speciffically designed foam padded seat is fitted with FOUR nylon wheels that slides smoothly over the frame.
* Unit comes with FIVE Springs of different tensions.: Two high tension springs attached to the seat for resistive leg exercises: Three light tension springs are fitted with Rope & Two Handles for resistive Arm and Shoulder exercises.
* Resistance can be varied by removing or adding the springs.
* Further resistance can be given by adjusting the incline plane of the base.
